About

When Rich was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease, he faced a choice that most of us will face at some point in our lives: fight against what is, or find a way to move with it.

He chose to move with it.

Through a deeply mindful approach to living — Ayurvedic nutrition, daily yoga, breathwork, and meditation — Rich discovered that the body has a remarkable capacity to heal, adapt, and find equilibrium, even in the face of a progressive illness. His Parkinson's symptoms haven't disappeared. But they are being met with presence, intention, and courage.

Rich now has over 800 hours of yoga training and a consistent, long-term meditation practice. He brings to the mat everything the Army gave him — discipline, resilience, commitment — and everything yoga gave him back: softness, awareness, and peace.

His mission is not to become a guru. It's to be a regular person who found something extraordinary in the ordinary — and to share it with as many people as possible.
