Rich brings 25 years of discipline, 800+ hours of yoga training, and his own lived experience as a man navigating Parkinson's through lifestyle and mindfulness. His approach is direct, warm, and practical — not spiritual fluff.

What we work on together

Coaching with Rich is personal, practical, and grounded in lived experience. Depending on what you need, sessions can include:
